I will examine all aspects of the stop to ensure that proper procedure was followed and your constitutional rights were not violated. I will review the stop to ensure that there was probable cause to pull you over. I will verify that the police officer was properly certified and that the Breathalyzer machine was properly calibrated and certified. I will review the videotape to determine whether field sobriety and blood alcohol tests were correctly administered. If there are any irregularities, I will ask the court either to suppress evidence, or reduce or dismiss the charges.
If I am unable to get the charges reduced or dismissed, I will work with the prosecutor to negotiate the most favorable outcome for you.
